Copper Kettle Purple Stripe is a variety that is one of the best roasting garlic's you will find anywhere. It becomes very sweet and mild when roasted and less starchy then a Porcelain garlic. What happened is we accidently mixed two varieties Chesnok Red and Estonian Red in a bin last year. They are so similar that you cannot tell the difference and the cooking and flavor qualities are almost identical, so we decided to sell this as our own Copper Kettle variety. It has the looks and flavor from our soil and so it truly is a Copper Kettle variety.

Table stock size is 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" bulb size. Cloves per bulb vary but are generally 4-6 cloves per bulb.
