Music is a variety that was brought to North America (Ontario) by Al Music in the 1980's. This variety is pungent in it's a raw form but milder and sweeter when cooked and starchy when roasted.

Table stock size is 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" bulb size. Cloves per bulb vary but are generally 4-6 cloves per bulb. Music will store well if kept in a cool dry place with ventilation.
