Siberian is a classic variety that is a great roaster that becomes delicate and mild when roasted. Considered a good all around garlic to add to sauces, stews, stir fry's etc. Siberian is known as a hard-neck variety that grows well in both warm and cool climates. Siberian is believed to have been brought over to Alaska from Siberian traders to exchange for vegetables.

Table stock size is 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" bulb size. Cloves per bulb vary but are generally 4-8 cloves per bulb.
