Spanish Roja also known as Greek, or Greek Blue is a full bodied, rich, sweet flavored heirloom variety. This variety often is at or near the top of taste tests. It grows better in the colder climates. This is a classic true garlic flavor variety that can be used in just about any recipe type.
Table stock size is 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" bulb size. Cloves per bulb vary but are generally 4-6 cloves per bulb.
