Georgian Crystal is one of our favorite varieties due to it's rich and smooth flavor. Seed stock size is a minimum 2" bulb size. Cloves per bulb vary but are generally 4-6 cloves per bulb. Beautiful white bulbs that store well if kept in a cool dry place with ventilation. Seed stock can also be used for cooking/culinary use and work well for roasting because of their larger size.
